Terms and Conditions for Downloadable Digital Products

1.0 Introduction

They apply to your use of our website and our downloadable digital recordings (the “products”). Due to the electronic nature of our products, no cancellation or refund rights exist under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Our products are also not covered under PayPal Protection. Refunds are solely at our discretion. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. All payments for our products are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
