SallyBonnieFibrenart (Trading Name Visible Breakthrough Coaching Ltd CR 06647290) takes your privacy and data information seriously. Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance, and are registered with the ICO; Information Commissioners Office and practice the rules and laws set out in the guidelines within GDPR: EU General Data Protection Regulation and DPA 1998.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. 5. Where we store Data?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including passwords, when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We do not accept or receive personal financial information on our website.

All supplied sensitive or credit information is transmitted via Paypal Business and Stripe.
Paypal maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, and alteration. The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to their data centres, and information access authorisation controls. After any transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
We use Mailchimp to support the administration of our emails and Marketing Campaigns. Mailchimp has a robust Privacy Policy to ensure that your data is stored securely. Their privacy policy is monitored by TRUSTe and is EU SafeHarbor compliant. Their General Counsel / Chief Privacy Officer works with developers to make sure their features comply with applicable international spam and privacy laws.
They do the following to support the safety of your data:
- MailChimp account passwords are hashed. If you lose your password, it can’t be retrieved—it must be reset.
- All login pages (from their website and mobile website) pass data via SSL.
- The entire MailChimp application is encrypted with SSL.
- Login pages have brute force protection.
- Logins via the MailChimp API have brute force protection.
- They perform regular security penetration tests, using different vendors. The tests involve high-level server penetration tests, in-depth testing for vulnerabilities inside the application, and social engineering drills.
We use Signable to administer the administration of documents that require signatures.
Data is stored in a highly restrictive, access-limited database within a state-of-the-art data centre. Our account password is stored as a, realistically speaking, irreversible, “one-way encryption” into their database system and is never, ever stored anywhere as plain text. Data is never shared with third parties, and SSL is used as standard from start to finish.
All of your interactions with Signable are 100% encrypted via 256-bit AES/RSA encryption, meaning you’re safe from people snooping the data you’re transmitting. Every page you will go to on Signable is SSL encrypted.
6. How long we store data for
Sallybonniefibrenart retains personal data no longer than is necessary for the purpose we obtained it for. We ensure that personal data is reviewed on a regular basis, and securely disposed of when no longer needed, or when you request your data to be deleted, reducing the risk that it will become inaccurate, out of date or irrelevant.
